Two arrested in Mitchell County after late-night suspicious vehicle complaint

According to the Mitchell County Sheriff's Office, two people were arrested at approximately 3 a.m. today following a citizen's report of a suspicious vehicle. 

Arrested was Tomi Ann Clarke, age 48,  of Cedar Rapids. Clarke is facing charges of Driving while suspended, Carrying Weapons, Possession of Burglary tools, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving without Insurance. She was booked into the Mitchell County Jail awaiting a court appearance.

Additionally, arrested was Michael Todd Dolezal also of Cedar Rapids, age 48, and is facing charges of Felony possession of drugs, Possession of Burglary tools, Carrying Weapons, Interference with official acts and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia .He also was booked into the Mitchell County Jail waiting on an initial appearance.
