CUSB, Osage: The lobby at CUSB is open. Plexi-glass panes have been installed for added protection, and bankers are wearing masks. The bank is operating at normal business hours. The bank has asked that those who are feeling ill do not use the lobby.


Rivals Sports Bar and Grill/Osage Bowl, Osage: Rivals/Osage Bowl is open 5 p.m. to close Thursday through Saturday. Rivals is open for dine-in and take-out. Tables are spaced six feet apart for social distancing so please be advised of reduced restaurant capacity. Extra cleaning and sanitary precautions are being taken. Outdoor seating is available. 

Blue Belle Inn Bed and Breakfast and Tea House, St. Ansgar: Blue Belle dining remains open for to-go and dine-in food. Social distance seating applies so please be advised of reduced restaurant capacity. Front porch seating is open. You must call in advance for reservations or to order to-go food. The B&B is open but potential guests are being screened to ensure safety. Please stay home if you are sick or if you have been exposed to someone who is sick. The Blue Belle Inn and Tea House can be reached at 641-713-7113. 

Randy’s Neighborhood Market, Osage: Randy’s is open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Shoppers are encouraged to refrain from visiting the store from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and allow the elderly to shop during that time. The store is operating at normal business hours. Masks are not required to enter the store.

Acorn Park Golf Course, St. Ansgar: Clubhouse is closed as of Wednesday, July 8. Food and beverage can still be ordered via the west window. Basement restrooms available for use. All forms of payment still acceptable. In instance of tournaments, access to clubhouse allowed on case by case basis, in which masks and gloves will be required.


Johnson Oil & LP Company, Osage: Offices are closed to the public. Please place orders via phone or email. Orders can be left in the mailbox by the front door. 


City Hall, Osage: Osage’s City Hall is still closed to the public. They can be reached by phone during their normal business hours of 8 a.m. to noon, and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. A drop box is available at the east entrance, and anything that needs picked up can be arranged at the same location.

Mitchell County Recorder’s Office: The Recorder’s office is open to the public. No appointment is required. Customers are asked to wear a mask when visiting. If you are not feeling well, or are uncomfortable coming in, there is a drop box by the south door of the courthouse that you are encouraged to use. Customers can also be assisted by email, mail, or phone at 641-832-3941; 


Chamber of Commerce, Osage: The Osage Chamber of Commerce remains closed to the public. Appointments can be made by calling 641-732-3163 or emailing

Mitchell County Regional Health Center, and all county-wide affiliates: All clinics are open for same-day or next-day appointments. Face masks are required. Patients may be able to schedule a virtual visit appointment, too. Call ahead, please (no walk-ins). We are conducting screening for COVID-19 at the entrance of each clinic. Our Emergency Room is open 24/7.
