Osage boys golf team advances to district meet
CLARION — Osage kept its season going with a second-place sectional finish at Clarmond Country Club hosted by Clarion-Goldfield-Dows.

The Green Devils got a low score from Shawn Eichmeier with 81 as they scored 334, runner-up to Lake Mills (318) and will golf at Carroll on Friday, May 22.

“It feels good,” Eichmeier said. “I’ve never gotten this far for golf, so it will be fun next week. I think we’re going to play a practice round down there but hopefully we have a good day next week and shoot some nice scores.”
