Obituary: Wade Machin

Wade Rodney Machin, 36, of St. Ansgar, passed away onbrFriday, June 4, 2021, at Mitchell County Regional Health Center.  Abrfuneral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2021 atbrImmanuel Lutheran Church, St. Ansgar with Rev. Mark Squire officiating.brVisitation be held Friday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Immanuel LutheranbrChurch. Burial will take place at St. John Cemetery, rural Osage.

               brWade was born in Dubuque, Iowa, on April 24, 1985, to the parents of Troy andbrDeanna Machin (Power). He graduated from Osage High School in 2003, and hebrworked sixteen years at RR Donnelley.

               brHe married the love of his life, Jessica Steinberg, on September 5, 2010, andbrtogether they were blessed with four beautiful girls: Evelyn, Ella, Eva, andbrElyse.

               brWhen he wasn’t spending time with his family, Wade was an avid outdoorsman,brenjoying hunting alongside his pup, Edna, fishing, and farming. Wade was abrloving, tender-hearted, hardworking man and father, with a fierce love for hisbrwife and children.

               brHe is survived by his wife, Jessica (Steinberg); daughters: Evelyn, Ella, Eva,brand Elyse; parents, Troy and Deanna Machin; brother, Anthony (Emily) Machin andbrchildren: Cade, Alex, and Claire; sister, Amber (Trey) Jacobs and children:brIsabelle, Addison, Corbin, and Lily; and sister, Ashley (Hakkon) Rosendahl andbrchildren: Liv, Heath, and soon-to-be nephew; in-laws, Dave & ElainebrSteinberg; brothers-in-law, Jeremiah (Courtney) Steinberg and children: Nova,brKnox, Vayda, and Kroix; Joshua (Abbie) Steinberg and children: Griffin, Vera,brand Lola; and Jackson (Ashley) Steinberg and daughter, Harper; grandparents,brCarol Power & John (Jova) Machin; grandparents-in-law, Paul & RitabrHackenmiller; in addition to many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
